Shipping Policy

 

Orders will generally be shipped with Australia Post but we do sometimes use other couriers.
Shipping costs are calculated based on major capital cities and surrounding metro areas. 

 

 

Out of zone shipping destinations:
Due to the size and weight of our products we are only able to generalise our shipping costs. If we find that shipping to an address which is too far from our shipping centres we may have to cancel the order and arrange a separate quote to include additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, you will be notified of this with 48 hours of you placing your order. If you no longer wish to complete your order with the revised shipping cost your purchase will be fully refunded. 

 

 

Bundle shipping rates: 
Purchases of a set of pots in the one order (small, medium and large) qualifies for paying only one lot of shipping

Purchases of 2 pots of different sizes (a small & Medium, or a Small & Large, or a Medium & Large) in the same order also qualifies for paying only one lot of shipping.

To activate the discounted shipping bundle purchases must be made through the Bundle Buy Options. 

 

 

Shipping times:
Online orders of our hand-painted pots will be completed within 3 weeks of the order date. Shipping is in addition to this time frame and is dependant on the courier we choose. Delivery time is usually between 2 and 10 days. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

 

 

Free Pick up option:
Orders are able to be collected from our studio in Ferny Hills, Brisbane. Please select the pick up option at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready. Address will be confirmed via email after ordering. As each pot is carefully prepped and hand painted, orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.

As a guide the following shipping costs are an estimate of the shipping charges you are likely to receive at checkout.
